More than 400 students on Thursday participated in a special laughing-meditation session on the city market of Delft. The laughing-meditation session was part of the university's introduction week for freshmen students. A total of 415 new students participated in the Thurday's session. "The idea of laughing meditation is to laugh even when there is nothing to laugh about," a student explained. "It is very relaxing." The general public present at the market, the heart of the shopping area in the old city center, also participated in the session. The session was led by a special laughing teacher. It was the second time the university organised the laughing meditation session. Last time, 63 students participated. Source: Sapa-dpa /fws |
