Rituals include revitalizing facials, scrubs & mud, hair treatments, feet & eye treats & quick vitality tips. The last section; covers mental & physical exrecises to keep you energised.

This is a little book feels wonderfully tactile. Its great for quick tips to revitalise you, as well as lifestyle changes to help you stay energised.
