Author: Patrice Bouchardon![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I love being outdoors and immersed in nature, there's something so calming and balancing about the whole experience, and so I was really intrigued by this book. I'm pleased to say that it gave me the tools to explore my experiences further. Ancient myths and legends celebrate the powerful energies of trees - as a source of food, shelter, and the sacred life force itself. As author Patrice Bouchardon spent time in the woods, he noticed that a certain tree made him feel more rested while others made him feel energized; that each species of tree contains an energy that could interact with his own field of energy. In The Healing Energy of Trees, Bouchardon shows us how to discover and experience these tree energies, which build our awareness and lead us to self-development and personal healing. All this is achieved through a reconnection with nature and a new vision of nature as a mirror for ourselves. Through this book, Bouchardon shares; a new method for healing and personal growth that draws from many ancient traditions, simple exercises to awaken our unique qualities, ways to feel our own vitality by sensing the life force of trees, methods of healing mental, physical, and spiritual crises by accessing tree energies and ways to let trees energies guide the stages of our healing process. I was really impressed with this book and enjoyed trying out the many exercises that are throughout its pages. I only wish that I had all of the trees that Bouchardon mentions growing stoutly in my garden so I can experience first hand the all of the different energy experiences that he describes. |

This is the powerful story of the author's struggle with Multiple Sclerosis and how a healer's unusual prescription of mindful altruism - to 'give away 29 gifts in 29 days' - ignited her energy, her happiness, and invited more abundance into her life.
