I've only ever stumbled my way through one yoga class before so I really didn't know what to expect when I went along to Clara Simper's Yoga Warrior class. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised and left at the end of the 75 minute session feeling tired but invigorated. I'm sure that if I looked carefully in the mirror I would've seen that I was glowing, well that's how I felt inside anyway.

Black, green, white, oolong and jasmine teas are all made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, the difference in taste and appearance is determined by the way they are processed after picking.
Use herbs such as lavender, lemon (to relieve tension), marjoram (a natural tranquilliser) and sage (a great anti-dote for stress). Place loose in a hot bath or put herbs into a muslin bag.
