I've only ever stumbled my way through one yoga class before so I really didn't know what to expect when I went along to Clara Simper's Yoga Warrior class. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised and left at the end of the 75 minute session feeling tired but invigorated. I'm sure that if I looked carefully in the mirror I would've seen that I was glowing, well that's how I felt inside anyway.
