Healthy Living Card DeckThis set of 50 inspirational cards has been put together by the staff of the renowned Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona. A multifaceted team of professionals, including physicians, nutritionists, behaviourists, exercise physiologists, chefs and more, this team’s approach to wellness is all embracing and covers every aspect of healthy living you can think of.

Each of the cards contains a quick tip related to either wellness, proper nutrition, exercise or stress reduction – the components of a fit and joyous life – and certainly provide food for thought.

With New Year just around the corner, traditionally a time for making resolutions to change, these cards will provide a useful reminder to those determined to discover a renewed positive outlook on life. We all need a daily reminder to not let the little things in life bother us, and to remind us of our hidden potential, and these cards will certainly help do the trick.

With 50 cards in the deck you could pick one at random each week, keeping it close by at all times, (on your bedside table, in your handbag or on your desk)  and make the commitment to act on the advice it contains.  The cards are also laminated and feel quite durable so should last for some time during this process.

The cards won’t resonate with everyone and some of them will certainly have more impact on you than others. Two of the cards that we particularly appreciated were; “Enjoyment – It’s of value to think of health as that condition of the individual that makes possible the highest enjoyment of life“, and “Longevity – The goal of life is to die young as late as possible”.

So if you are keen to make a change in your life but feel you could with a little help then these might be the very thing you need.
