As a child, life is a never ending source of wonder and amazement. Watching children, especially small children is a lesson in creating a sense of wonderment for ourselves in the novelty and sense of discovery that each new day brings about ourselves, others and our surroundings. What if we were to move through our journey in this lifetime filled with that sense of wonder of who we are, of what we are capable of and of seeing our world as a place filled with endless possibility for us to be more of who we are regardless of what has brought us to this point - the way we see ourselves and our world is a matter of choice - we can see the glass of life as half full, or as half empty. The power of personal choice makes all of the difference in what we manifest in our lives and that choice is no-one else's responsibility other than our own. What if we were, as a starting point, merely to review and change the choices that we make? What if we were to be responsible for that choice and their consequences? How would our lives be different if we woke each day to think that the day is filled with endless possibility, and that we could achieve what we set our minds on. Our thoughts are real energy. If we do not like what we have in our lives at present, then the place to start seeing the world as a place of wonder is to start with how we think. What if we were to look at ourselves and our world with that sense of "What If....". Who would we discover we are along the way, what kinds of possibilities would open up to us? Have you ever wondered..... Who you are and who you can be?

This is the powerful story of the author's struggle with Multiple Sclerosis and how a healer's unusual prescription of mindful altruism - to 'give away 29 gifts in 29 days' - ignited her energy, her happiness, and invited more abundance into her life.
