It is designed to penetrate beyond your habitual masks and pretensions and to focus your total energy into the search for who you really are. When you are repeatedly asked the modern koan ‘Who is in?’ and answer moment to moment, an awareness of your identification with the personality starts to develop. Once this is experienced and understood, you shift towards your being, to the center of witnessing. You feel a profound relaxation and the joy of being in the present moment. Located some 15 km off the R74 between Bergville and Harrismith,The Drakenberg Mountain Retreat is 300km, 3 hours from Johannesburg, Durban and Bloemfontein Subodhi was born in South Africa and as a child moved to Germany where she is living at present. She has been trained in various different techniques such as Counselling, Dynamic Bodywork, Tantra, Somatic Experiencing, Meditation and different Massage Techniques. She became a Sannyasin in 1981 and Meditation is part of her life since then. She is working as a therapist since 1987 and has given courses and Trainings in various parts of the world and has also given workshops in the corporate world on Emotional Intelligence.
