Treat your Mind -Body & Soul with a regular Yoga Class facilitated by an experienced and inspiring teacher of the Yogic arts. Our health and well-being depend on the body-mind-spirit balance. When this is out of balance, we experience the symptoms of ill health, whether physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually. Body-mind-spirit imbalances result from disturbances in our life energy or life force, and inhibit the body's natural healing processes.

Kinesiology and yoga provide tools for restoring and nurturing the body-mind-spirit balance. They enable our life energy to flow through the body in the most balanced way, and to where it is most needed. They also increase awareness, understanding of, and responsibility for, one's own health needs. So, BE-BALANCED .......

Yoga is an ideal discipline to supplement any health or personal development program. The practice of yoga gradually releases the physical, emotional and spiritual blockages that prevent body-mind-spirit balance occurring. This encourages a balanced flow of positive energy within the body, increasing balance in our lives and health.

Yoga benefits us on a physical level by increasing flexibility, mobility and general health. On a deeper level, it helps to keep the mind flexible and relaxed. This increases our powers of concentration and awareness and equips us to deal with the stresses of everyday life. On an even deeper level, yoga can lead us on a path of spiritual evolution by aiding connection with one's inner being.

Bronwen also teaches Yoga Nidra on a regular basis. This is a powerful practice in which one learns to relax consciously, releasing physical, emotional and mental tensions. The practice is especially useful for self-healing, for increasing one's creativity and for making positive changes to one's nature and in one's life.

About Bronwen: Bronwen Coghill trained to be both a kinesiologist and yoga teacher in Scotland, where she lived for 10 years. She trained through the Scottish Kinesiology College (1997 to 2001) and the Scottish Yoga Teacher's Association (2001 to 2002). Bronwen returned to South Africa in 2006 where she continues to teach yoga and practice as a kinesiologist.
