Come and develop your experience of sound and its power to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. You will learn more about the use of sound as a meditation tool to contribute to chakra re-balancing, personal transformation and healing. You will be massaged by a symphony of pure healing tones produced by Quartz Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, meditative frame drums, spontaneous toning and overtones. No previous experience of meditation or music is necessary.
