What is Family & Systemic Constellation work about?

Family & Systemic Constellation work (FSC) is a therapeutic approach, which gives clients the opportunity to explore the deeper, unconscious dynamics in family systems and how these contribute to problems they experience in their lives. We create patterns that are often destructive and because of our entanglements in the family system we are not able to recognize these patterns or where they originate from.

The method of FSC creates the context in which it becomes possible to understand the impact of unresolved family issues and how these issues are connected to our life patterns. It also shows that we are sometimes influenced by the fates of our forefathers or ancestors and once these patterns have been identified, a process can unfold, which makes it possible to move forward and leave past issues behind.

What problems can I look at in this workshop?

A wide range of problems, which go beyond family issues, can be addressed successfully through constellation work. These include:

a) Relationship difficulties                                        b) Long term illness

c) Unresolved trauma                                               d) Feeling of not belonging

e) Unexplained feelings of suicide                          f) Depression & anxiety

g) Decision making                                                  h) Work difficulties
