REIKI is a simple, safe and complete hands on therapy to access a natural vibrational energy which promotes the healing processes on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki helps balance the body systems; restoring the depleted energies and promoting increased vitality and longevity. It is a simple, safe, effective healing system that uses Universal Life Energy to help dissolve problems and return the body, mind, emotions and spirit to their natural perfect state. Usui Reiki 1 (Shoden - "cleansing & opening") - You become a Reiki practitioner via an attunement process & are taught the use of Reiki for self healing (self-healing hand positions), direct healing (hand positions for healing others), introduction to Chakras, their placement, meanings and balancing, how to see the aura, how to scan the aura for blockages, how to balance chakra’s, Reiki history, what Reiki can do, what Reiki is & is not and the nature of ease and dis-ease, the Reiki Principles, Meditation, Feeling energy, Attunement, How to conduct a Reiki session, Practical exercises of giving and receiving Reiki and more!

The Reiki workshops re-awaken the innate natural healing abilities that we all have and through the process, transform our lives. It is a fine-tuning of our instrument to the Source Energies (I like to describe it as finding a station on the radio without any interference – as babies we are all connected, but as we grow up we try different channels, stations and frequencies, and are unable to connect to the original station again without an attunement). The techniques are simple to learn, being passed through an attunement process by the Reiki Master.
