Learn to live life well The Art of Living Festival will promote healthy, holistic living from 10am-6pm on Sunday, 1 November at Zoo Lake, Johannesburg. The colorful carnival will include an introduction to stress elimination techniques and meditation, wholesome foods, wellness advice, drumming workshops, and a yoga fashion show. Kids can enjoy a host of activities including clamber club, face painting, yoga, clowns, fire dancers and more. For staunch yoga students and fitness fundis, there will be a 60 minute ‘sun salutation’ challenge as the main event (pre-registration necessary). Visit www.artofliving.org.za/festival or email
