9.00 - 10 am : Sunday Morning Meditation for Everyone and Prayers for World Peace
11.00 - 11.30am : A Guided Breathing Meditation
12.00 noon: Yoga Demonstration and time to try out Yoga.
1.00pm : Fund raising auction
2.00pm : Meeting the Buddha's in the Meditation room
Music - Lunch time : Soothing sounds of Guitar with Emiyle
- Afternoon tea : Opera in the Garden with Clinton Kingma.
Tea and coffee stand, delicious vegetarian indian food, scumptious pancackes, delightful mocktails to quench your thirst.
