Join WESSA (Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa) for talk on Thursday 2 February - World Wetlands Day - from 6 for 6.30pm to 8pm at the WESSA Barn, 31 The Sanctuary, Kirstenhof. Emeritus Professor Richard Fuggle will speak on "The Tanzanian Igamba Falls Controversy: snails versus hydro-power", sharing details of his fascinating work in Tanzania, with special focus on the Malagarasi wetlands that feed the water to the hydro-power project.
