![]() The chances are that you, like me and the other 75% of our population, have suffered from that most uncomfortable and at times clothes stretching problem that we affectionately call bloating. I myself have been suffering from this problem at least once a week since my teens and once even managed to break a belt into two such was the grotesque sized belly trying to escape from my pants. My partner and I now drink this regularly after meals and before going to bed as a matter of choice just because we like the taste.
